After a long period of remote and disrupted working, bringing people back together carried more meaning than simply putting an event in the diary.
be-good designed and delivered an inaugural staff experience at Tower Wharf, bringing 800 colleagues together against the iconic backdrop of the Tower of London for a day centred on reconnection, celebration and community.
The Brief
The event needed to mark an important post-pandemic moment for the firm.
The ambition was to create an experience that gave colleagues the chance to step away from the day-to-day, reconnect with one another and enjoy being together in a setting that felt genuinely special.
With 800 people attending, the experience also needed enough variety and energy to make the event feel inclusive, relaxed and memorable.
Our Thinking
We wanted the setting to do some of the storytelling.
Tower Wharf gave the event an extraordinary backdrop, so the experience was designed to make the most of the location while creating plenty of reasons for people to move around, talk and spend time together.
International food stations, a lively bar and interactive entertainment brought energy to the wharf, while private tours of the Tower of London gave guests access to an experience they would not normally have as part of a company event.
The focus throughout was simple: create the conditions for people to reconnect naturally.
The Outcome
The event brought 800 colleagues together for a shared experience that felt celebratory, distinctive and genuinely enjoyable.
More importantly, it created a meaningful moment of reconnection after a period when opportunities to gather had been limited, helping renew relationships and strengthen the sense of community across the firm.
By combining an exceptional setting with thoughtful hospitality and shared experiences, be-good turned a staff event into something people could feel part of again.
